Thane district is one of Maharashtra's densest chemical and pharma belts, and Mumbai is a short drive away. We manufacture and electropolish SS 316L and 304L pipes and tubes in-house and supply Thane's plants directly, with MTC EN 10204 3.1, 100% PMI testing and a measured Ra report on every order.
Thane district is one of the most industrialised in Maharashtra, and the belts inside it do different work. Wagle Industrial Estate, the state's first MIDC estate, hosts pharma and life-science units. The Ambernath, Badlapur and Dombivli estates are the district's chemical belts, with pharma alongside. Further out, the Trans-Thane Creek (TTC) area and the Atgaon complex at Shahapur add more pharma and process plants. A pipe for a pharma purified-water loop and one for a chemical transfer line are different problems, and we supply both.

|---|---|---|---|
| Wagle Industrial Estate (Thane) | Pharma and life-science units, light engineering | WFI, purified water, CIP, lab utility | 316L, internal Ra ≤0.4 µm, surface report |
| Ambernath and Additional Ambernath MIDC | Chemical and pharma | Process transfer, purified water, utility | 316L; duplex 2205 for chloride duty after a media check |
| Badlapur MIDC | Chemical, engineering, food and pharma | Process and utility lines | 316L / 304L |
| Dombivli MIDC (Phase I and II) | Chemical and pharma | Process utility, purified water | 316L |
| TTC / Shiravane (Navi Mumbai) | Pharma and chemical | Process and purified-water lines | 316L |
| Atgaon, Shahapur | Pharma and mixed process | Utility and process | 316L / 304L |
316L with a smooth internal surface and verified passivation, for pharma and life-science units.
316L for moderate chloride duty and duplex 2205 for chloride-heavy media, chosen after reviewing fluid and temperature.
A smooth bore cleans faster and drains better, which matters for food, beverage and personal-care plants.
Clean, documented tubing for in-plant quality labs.
Cut-to-length pipe with heat-number traceability for fabricators serving Thane's plants.

Instant dimension calculation and Ra unit conversions for engineering procurement
Oils, cutting fluids and drawing residues are completely removed first. The finish is only as good as the chemical preparation.
Where weld heat tint or surface oxide is present, it is etched and activated so the pipe surface electropolishes uniformly.
The pipe acts as anode in an electrolytic acid bath. High microscopic peaks dissolve first, levelling the surface and stripping free iron.
The chromium-rich passive layer is stabilised per ASTM A967 / ASTM B912 to prevent future pitting and galvanic attack.
High-purity deionised water rinse removes all electrolytic residues, followed by hot air drying, capping and clean poly-sleeving.
