Fruit pulp, sugars and acids leave residue. A smooth electropolished interior (Ra ≤0.4 µm) means fewer places for residue to hide, so cleaning is faster and more reliable. 304L suits most food service. Where acidic or chloride-bearing media are involved, we'll advise 316L.
