Super Duplex S32760 (UNS S32760 / EN 1.4501 / Zeron 100) is an advanced super duplex stainless steel seamless pipe distinguished by deliberate micro-additions of tungsten (0.5%-1.0%) and copper (0.5%-1.0%) alongside high chromium (24.0%-26.0%), nickel (6.0%-8.0%), molybdenum (3.0%-4.0%), and nitrogen (0.20%-0.30%). It boasts a PREN ≥ 42. The combination of tungsten and molybdenum synergistically enhances resistance to localized pitting and crevice corrosion, while the copper addition significantly improves performance in non-oxidizing and reducing acids (such as sulfuric acid). Sakshi Forge manufactures Super Duplex S32760 seamless pipes via hot extrusion and cold drawing, followed by solution annealing at 1080-1140°C and rapid water quenching. S32760 is widely specified for subsea manifold systems, offshore platform piping, FGD scrubbers, and sour gas processing facilities.
