Spectacle Blind Flange

Key Features

Spectacle Blind Flanges consist of two metal discs connected by a small section of metal, forming a figure-eight shape. One disc is solid (blind) while the other is open (spacer), allowing the flow to either be completely blocked or allowed through the pipeline. These flanges are commonly used in piping systems where frequent isolation is required for maintenance or inspection.

SAKSHI FORGE manufactures high-quality Spectacle Blind Flanges using premium stainless steel materials. These flanges are widely used in oil & gas pipelines, refineries, petrochemical plants, and power generation industries where safety and system isolation are critical.

The design allows easy switching between open and closed positions without removing the flange from the pipeline. Spectacle Blind Flanges are typically installed between two standard flanges and secured with bolts. When the blind side is in place, it completely stops the flow, ensuring safe working conditions during maintenance.

These flanges are manufactured according to international standards and are available in various sizes, pressure ratings, and materials to suit industrial requirements.
